FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER € 90
Applies only to orders with Standard Delivery. Gift cards, taxes, and additional shipping costs do not count as part of the amount. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash; it only applies to the price of the goods. Previous purchases cannot be changed.
In order to benefit from this type of offer, just add the items to your cart and the free Standard Delivery will be applied automatically. To receive the free shipping, select the “Standard Delivery” option.
We remind you that the shipping costs apply for each individual delivery address. In the case of orders with multiple delivery addresses, the costs for each address will be charged.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering orders in accordance with the times indicated below:
Standard Delivery: delivery within 5 working days. Express Delivery: delivery within 2 working days. Next day: if the order is placed before 13:00, the next working day arrives
Saturdays, Sundays and festal are not considered working days.
For some remote areas within the countries of delivery, it is not possible to guarantee the delivery of the order within the times indicated – If you believe it is your case, please contact Customer Service. During the payment procedure, on the shipping page, you will be asked to provide a telephone number which is important because it will allow the Courier to contact you if additional information is needed to make the delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order has been sent. You may also be asked to provide the intercom code in order to facilitate delivery. For all three types of delivery we use UPS as a courier. UPS delivers from Monday to Friday from 8 to 18. A signature will be required on delivery and, for this reason, we invite you to enter a shipping address to which it will be present that day.
Orders for which Express Delivery or Next Day delivery have been chosen will be treated as priority and processed as soon as they are received from our warehouse.
Delivery times are subject to product availability and payment approval. The necessary timing can also vary in relation to the shipping location.
TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT
Standard delivery An email will be sent to you to inform you that your order has been processed. This will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery of your package.
Express delivery An email will be sent to you to inform you that your order has been processed. This will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery of your package. The tracking link will be usable 24 hours after the order is shipped.
Next day Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within two working days. An email will be sent to you to inform you that your order has been processed. This will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery of your package.
For all parcels a signature will be required on delivery and, for this reason, we invite you to enter a shipping address to which it will be present that day.
If you have a registered account, you can easily check the status of your orders using the View order history function in the My account section. From there, by clicking on any order number you will be able to view its complete details, including the UPS tracking number. (You can also track your order by clicking on Track my orders. To view the details of the order, simply enter the order number and postal code).
