RETURNS POLICY
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased on the website, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receiving the items for a refund by following the steps described below. No replacement service is available.
The goods must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. The goods must never have been worn, not washed and in a condition of being resold. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, tags and all related accessories and instruction booklets. No refunds will be made for incomplete, damaged or dirty returned items.
Please note that, unless defective, some products cannot be returned:
• Customized products; • Perfumes, if the sealed package has been opened; • Swimwear and underwear in which the toilet strip has been removed (please note that, for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be worn over your underwear without removing the adhesive strip).
We will pursue to the maximum extent permitted by law any fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, any attempt to cancel or request a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been correctly completed and delivered to you and is not subject to the right of return.
This does not affect the legal rights. For more information on your legal rights, contact your local Chamber of Commerce, consumer associations or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS
1. How to return by courier
• Please return items using the original shipping box and related packaging materials. Please include each item in its original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice, tags and all related accessories and instruction booklets, as well as the completed return form, specifying the returned item and the reason for return. • If you found a prepaid UPS label in your package, please use it to return it. Some orders do not have this prepaid label included: in this case, please use our Customer Service. • Simply apply the prepaid UPS return label to the package and deliver the package to the nearest UPS collection center. Alternatively, UPS can be contacted to arrange pickup at an address of your choice. If you have lost the prepaid UPS return label or require additional assistance for the return, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service. The original shipping costs are not refundable unless you exercise the right of withdrawal as described in the “Order cancellation” section below. In all other cases, we will refund the shipping costs and return the shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return process.
2. Return to one of our stores
Products purchased online cannot be returned to a store or any other point of sale. For your convenience, we have provided you with a quick and reliable return process. Use the return label provided and return via UPS to ensure timely refund of the cost of the goods.
Please note that products purchased from stores and other outlets must be returned in person to a store.
REFUNDS
We will refund you the original price paid (in the same currency as the purchase) for the returned item, less any adjustments or partial refunds that may have been subsequently issued (if any).
All returns (including items purchased through the gift service) will be credited to the original purchaser’s form of payment, unless otherwise specified in the return form. The original buyer’s credit card account will be credited when the returned items are processed and the credit should appear on the original buyer’s next bank statement.
Refunds for items purchased with a Gift Card will be issued in the form of another Gift Card.
For all goods returned by the recipient of a gift, a virtual Gift Card of an equivalent amount will be issued on behalf of the recipient of the gift.
You will receive an email notification once the refund process is complete.
